Zealand Shannon is an American professional sports announcer/sports journalist for ESPN and NBC, and graduate of the University of Virginia with a double major in Media Studies and History. Athletically he was a goalkeeper for Steinbrenner High School from ages 16 to 18. Steinbrenner was ranked as high as 6th in the United States during this time. Shannon was third team All-District as a 17-year-old. He also played basketball and american football. He started playing Football Manager four years ago and has since logged thousands of hours in successive editions specializing in long-haul saves. The Bigdadyham Twitch channel was created in March, 2018 as a way to share his skill in, and passion for, the game.
